Satisfaction Survey Analysis

A correlation study of what drives employee job satisfaction.

A statistical analysis of 3,025 employee survey responses across 23 items covering job satisfaction, work environment, stress, and work-life balance.

Correlation and probability-impact modeling show satisfaction rising with better work-life balance, a better work environment, and more sleep, while it falls with more stress, heavier workload, and overtime (roughly -51% for overtime present) — evidence that satisfaction is driven mainly by organizational conditions management can change, not individual traits.

A team project that I led as team lead.
