Real Estate Price Prediction

A command-line program that estimates sale prices for multi-family housing in Seoul’s Hwagok-dong (Gangseo-gu), Gangnam-gu, and Gwanak-gu. Given a lot number, floor, and unit, it returns an estimated price, a price range, a confidence score, and the basis for the estimate as CSV.

It works out of the box on bundled historical transaction data, and can optionally query Korea’s public building registry and the Kakao Maps API at runtime for building area, completion year, and proximity to subway stations to refine the estimate.
